Customizing Fonts for display in Outlook

Outlook provides configuration of fonts to View navigation pane in your desired format using "Conditional Formatting". Though this feature is well documented over the internet, I want to know how to customize other aspects of Outlook. Pics for your reference. Any kind of valuable input will be appreciated.
